There is information everywhere you go especially online but how do you know what is helping you and what is hurting you? As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I want to share the exercises I use everyday in my practice to help my patients manage and eliminate their low back pain.
In my 3 class lower back pain video series, I will teach you lumbar stretches that you can safely perform at home on your floor or from bed if your mattress is firm enough. The exercises in class one can be performed up to twice a day and should quickly bring you some relief. Once your pain is greatly subsided or eliminated using these exercises, you will move on to class two where we will work on building strength of key core musculature to keep your pain at bay. Advance to class three when your pain is gone and learn how to keep your low back pain from coming back.
